2017年初，新疆宇飞国际渔业有限公司成立，注册资金16800**民币，主营海产品生产、仓储、物流等业务，该公司2017年全资投资巴基斯坦瓜达尔港，成立了“中国宇飞海洋科技（瓜达尔）有限公司”，在瓜达尔港租赁土地32626平方米，建设万吨冷库及渔业加工厂，逐步形成集海产养殖、远洋捕捞、冷库仓储物流、海产品加工、进出口贸易的专业完整产业链公司。
